Troubleshooting 4 "R"s for login issues:

1.) restart app and try to login again
2.) restart device and try to login again
3.) reinstall app and try to login again
4.) restore (factory reset) if fire stick and previous steps did not work and try to login again

CHANNELS SHOWING "NO VIDEO INPUT"/BUFFERING?

Go to the "Info" menu in the app and ensure "Use device default player" is NOT checked. Restart.

 If  "Use device default player" is not checked (and you have checked the below steps) and a channel shows NO VIDEO INPUT for more than an hour, please let us know at contact@ez-pz.tv

Still Showing "No Video Input"?

If the above did not fix it, please go to here to check your internet speed and ensure your download speed is at least 40 Mbps

Although some customers have no issues with as little as 8 Mbps, you may run into buffering and/or No Video Input if your download speeds are under the 40 Mbps recommendation.  

 

COMING FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY?

Please follow these instructions before reaching out as this resolves 99% of issues when coming from a new company.

*****For Firestick:

  1. Settings
  2. >Applications
  3. >Manage Installed Applications
  4. >SoPlayer
  5. Clear Data and Cache

Next, completely uninstall SoPlayer.


Finally, reinstall using the "Downloader" App, pointed at this link (case-sensitive):

  • Click "Go" and "Install"/"Open" - Say "Yes" to any pop-up
  • Enter provider number: 342
  • Type in 1 of your device PIN codes from the top of your welcome email (one per device)

*****For Android Box:

  1. Pick the Settings icon and press OK.
  2. Select Device – Apps and press OK.
  3. Select the SoPlayer App and press OK.
  4. Select Clear data and press OK.

Next, completely uninstall SoPlayer.

HOW TO SAVE THE APP TO YOUR HOMEPAGE

  1. From your home screen, make sure you are in the "Your Apps & Channels" row
  2. Scroll all the way to the right and select "SEE ALL"
  3. Find the SoPlayer App and press Options on your remote to select "Pin to Front"

Shows or Movies Buffering?

Try 1: Reset the app (resolves most buffering issues)

Try 2: Clear cache on device

Try 3: Ensure your internet speed is at least 40 Mbps on cable/DSL internet - and at least 15 Mbps on fiber internet

For mobile devices and computers reinstall app. If it still doesn't work contact us at contact@ez-pz.tv 

For Firesticks and Android TV Boxes - clear any cache per manufacturer instructions and reinstall the app. If it still doesn't work contact us at contact@ez-pz.tv
